In addition to providing managed storage services the centre will also deliver archiving, application monitoring, disaster recovery and backup and recovery services.

A strategic partnership with SunGard Availability Services, a global leader in disaster recovery services, enables Scotland Online to also provide a unique business continuity and IT disaster recovery service to Scottish businesses.

Prince2 Project Methodology is employed and strictly adhered to with a Project Manager allocated to each customer project. The Project Manager remains responsible for and dedicated to the project, liaising with the customer through all stages.
